Inside Sales Representative
United Supply Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist current customers and cultivate new customers from the Charlotte, NC headquarters. This position requires strong communications skills using email, computer software, and telephone. Excellent organizational skills and initiative will be required for someone to be successful in this position.
- Meet and surpass sales goals set by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- Maintain accurate and current customer contact information using established database software, ePIC.
- Seek out and follow-up on sales leads
- Assist in providing support and/or guidance to clients related to products and ordering.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of product lines, discounts, and customer base
- Proven sales experience required
- Charismatic and outgoing
- Excellent time management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications and ability to learn new computer programs
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
